"It's a shame the construction really took away from what could have been a quality session. The flavor profile was never really a problem, as this was a pleasant smoke flavor-wise. Being on the lighter side, this would work well for an early morning cigar. Unfortunately, when you have to focus on the construction issues as much as I did, it ruins any chance of enjoyment. Could be that it's a one-off and I just got lucky. " -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
"This was a splendid and sagacious cigar, with notes including honey graham cracker and rich baking spice, all of which I really enjoy. That being said, the open draw and feint ending were a bit of a downer for me. Overall, it is one I could see myself revisiting, as these drawbacks could be one-off issues and the next experience is much more fulfilling. " -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
"From the time I took it out of the bag and held it to my nose to the time I put it to rest in my ashtray, this cigar made a lasting impression on me. All around this was an effortless and undeniably pleasant smoke. With a near-perfect burn and draw, I didn't have to work to smoke this cigar which always heightens the experience for me. Although lighter with regards to body and complexity, the flavor was certainly not lacking and the transitions were smooth and made sense. I typically reach into my humidor for a stronger cigar but would not hesitate to start my day with this cigar accompanied by a solid cup of coffee. I would also recommend this stick to any beginner with a developing palate who is looking to broaden their horizons and start venturing into slightly more complex and flavorful smokes. I can't wait for the reveal as I would love to explore this cigar again!" -Noah S. (Noah)
"For a Connecticut shade cigar, this was fairly enjoyable. There weren't any flavor transitions to speak of but the salted nuts and butter worked well together. Very mild in strength but it would make a good morning cigar or a cigar to start your day with. Coffee might overpower the flavors in this but I can see it being enjoyed with a milder coffee or chai tea. It didn't wow me but my palate tends to enjoy the darker stronger cigars." -Kevin J. ·"The combination of salted nuts, butter, white pepper, and peanuts really sets this cigar apart from other mild cigars. Mild in strength but full of flavor. I would highly recommend this to any cigar lover. A perfect morning cigar or really any time of day cigar. Would love to see how this pairs with a Chai tea or a lighter roasted coffee." -Kevin J. "At first puff, I was certain my experience with this smoke was going to be lackluster and in line with what I get from most Connecticuts. Connecticuts have their time and place. There is certainly a handful that has knocked my socks off, but for a guy who generally reaches for something more full-bodied they are generally the exception and not the rule. I am pleased to say that I was wrong about this stick! What started off as one-dimensional and harsh, subtly transitioned into a smooth and dynamically flavorful cigar. The final third is unequivocally where this stick shined with a rich and meaty flavor that left my mouth watering. Had the first two-thirds echoed the last, it would certainly be a favorite of mine amongst lighter-bodied cigars. Next time I might pair this cigar with a light roast coffee to start my day off right." -Noah S. (Noah)
"Overall, this was an enjoyable cigar with very mild flavors, it remained medium bodied and light throughout the experience. The smoke started off fairly creamy and dried out throughout the cigar but never to a point of dislike. I would definitely recommend this to individuals with a lighter palette and would consider smoking again for sure. It would go well with any light flavor drink from clear soft drinks to lager beers and white wines." -Angel M. (Angel)
"Overall this was an enjoyable cigar. It makes me wonder if the draw was on point, how much better it may have been, The chocolate notes in the prelight, that didn't appear until later in the cigar would have made this cigar a star from start to finish. I will be interested to see what it is and see if it comes in a smaller size, as I typically do not have the 2+ hours of time required to smoke this monster. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience" -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)
"Wow, this cigar was incredible. Lots of creams, some roasted nuts, and butter flavors, but the winning flavors were the white and black pepper that intertwined and really brought out that one element that the cigar was missing... this happened in the second third. This cigar hit all the right points for me. You can smoke this any time of day. I am curious to see how it pairs with my favorite spirits... no worries because I will be buying a box of these!" -Mickey T. (irratebass)
"I was quite pleased with this cigar. Visually it was striking, while construction held up just as well as the looks. Then you take in the profile it offers and I really don't have much to complain about here. Who doesn't love a bit of sweetness in their cigar? Add in some citrus and twang and now I'm a happy camper. Have I ever mentioned that I enjoy a good box-press? Well I do and so should you....check out this cigar that is." -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
