Sam Leccia announced today via his facebook page that he was leaving General Cigar Company. It was announced back in September of 2014 that he was joining General Cigar following the acquisition of the Torano Cigar Company who had been distributing his brands. According to Leccia, he has maintained ownership of his brands dispite the original announcement saying that General had acquired them. You can read his entire facebook post below.

January 6, 2016 - Moya Ruiz has announced a special release and it’s called Pickle Juice. This new project will be a seasonal release available in time for St. Patrick’s Day 2016. The packaging will feature a plastic jar to resemble a pickle jar. What makes Pickle Juice unique is that only 500 jars will be available for purchase. Each jar will be numbered and only available during St. Patrick’s Day. The stores picked to sell Pickle Juice will only receive a total of 10 jars, which means only 50 retailers will be receiving these jars. Some additional unnumbered jars will be made for promotional use only. The retailers will be announced at a later date.
