Protocol Cigars has announced a follow-up to their cigar, The Law, with The Law Part 2. The Law Part 2 is again a shop exclusive for Omertà Cigar Company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The company said that last years release of The Law was so successful that they decided there was demand for a sequel. The Law Part 2 plays on cowboys and the Wild West of Oklahoma City. The Law was a term often used in old spaghetti western movies to describe law enforcement officials such as sheriffs, marshals, rangers, and other lawmen. The Law Part 2 fits law enforcement into the Wild West and made into a sequel.
The Law Series will now be an annual limited edition release for the store. Part 2 will have 350 bundles of 10 produced. It comes in one size, a box-pressed robusto that measures 5×52. The Law Part 2 uses a Mexican San Andreas Maduro wrapper, condega binder, and Esteli and Jalapa fillers. The blend us similar to the original with the exception of it being a box pressed. The Law Part 2 is made at The La Zona Factory in Esteli, Nicaragua and was blended by Hector Alfonso Sr.
The Law Part 2 is described as strong and full bodied with a small pigtail on the head, finished with a closed foot.
We wanted to give The Law Part 2 a rustic look, something you think you would have seen cowboys smoke in the Wild West. The look, the feel of the cigar in your hand, and when you smoke it screams the Wild West! This is a cigar you would think any Lawmen in the Wild West era would smoke while trying to capture their bounty, except this time we made it boxed press format. The cigar smokes differently than it’s predecessor in the rounded finish!

The Law Part 2 this times comes in black paper bundles of 10 with a MSRP of $100.05 per bundle or $10.05 per cigar. The black paper shows that good guys wear black.
We worked tirelessly to give The Law a rustic Wild West feel and continued that look with The Law Part 2. This time making it a box press allowed us to add less filler therefore the blend concentrates more on the wrapper and binder. The cigar is rugged and bold, beefy, full bodied, full flavored and has full aroma with a long finish.

The Law Part 2 will debut at Omertà Cigar Company over the course of 3 days and at multiple locations. Day 1 release will be on Thursday, Aug 11th. 5-8pm at Omerta Cigar Tulsa (Live event) + Omerta Cigar Monroe La. Day 2 Release will be on Friday, Aug 12th. 5-8pm at STAG Lounge, Stillwater (Live event). Day 3, The extravaganza will be on Saturday, Aug 13th. 5-8pm at Omerta Cigar OKC with a Live Event celebrating the 7 Year Anniversary Bash. The Law Part 2 goes live on line at Puro Cigar House at: PUROCIGARHOUSE.COM. This will be the only time the cigar will be offered to the public online.
