Blind Cigar Review: J.C. Newman | Diamond Crown Maduro No. 4

“So I must start off with this statement: I need to smoke this cigar again to get a true idea of what it is all about. That being said there are some high notes but that can not overcome the tight draw. This is the number one killer of any cigar for me. Disappointing…” -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)

Blind Cigar Review: Drew Estate | Liga Privada Unico Serie Year of the Rat

“As noted in my tasting notes, each flavor was just as I expected . Dark chocolate and coffee with a slight earthiness all creating a notable smoking experience . I’d easily give this a 95. Great cigar that is box worthy for sure. ” -Kevin J. (maninblack77)

Blind Cigar Review: Kristoff | Vengeance Toro

“Really excellent cigar. A bit larger format than I usually reach for, but the super sexy raggedy foot, and the pigtail cap really got my heart racing when I first saw this. Construction was exceptional throughout, and the overall flavor profile was really enjoyable. Nice sweet and super ripe tobacco on point here along with flirtations with some spice, espresso, and pepper along the way. Magnificent cigar. ” -John I. (John I.)

Blind Cigar Review: Battleground | General Longstreet

“Just like you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, you shouldn’t judge this cigar by it’s wrapper. Looking at this cigar and one might say words like ugly, rough looking, and poorly made but that is far from true. The burn, the favors, and performance of this cigar punch above it’s weight class. The extra tobacco in the center of this cigar caused it to lose the intensity and body that I loved in the first third. While the weird mishmash of flavors, in the final third, had me conflicted but in the end the cigar made me go and grab my nub tool and smoke it till I was burning my lips. This is a cigar that I would reach for again and again. If it had an option for a smaller ring gauge size and it would be a box buy. Well done!” -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)

“This was a good cigar but it was pretty one dimensional. For the full bodied fan, this is a decent pick, but for the Smoker who likes them mild this might be a turn off. I’d smoke another one but won’t run out to pick up a box. ” -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)

Blind Cigar Review: Diesel | Whiskey Row Sherry Cask Robusto

“This was a highly enjoyable cigar, and one that I would never turn down if given the opportunity to smoke again. The flavors might have been muddled, but very pleasing; despite having to remove a plug (which I truly believe to be a fluke) the burn and draw were darn near perfect. This was a truly quality cigar…” -Nate H. (SineQuaNon)
