"Overall, a great cigar. Plenty of smoke and enjoyable flavors. Although the flavor transitions were not super complex, the flavors of leather, cedar, and the later presence of sweetness made for an overall pleasurable experience. The temperature from the smoke was fairly cool and I was able to take this one all the way down to a nub and never really picked up any harshness. I will definitely smoke this cigar again." -Angel M. (Angel)
"This was a very enjoyable smoke. The flavors stayed present through all parts of the smoke. The thick mouthfeel was nice. The strong coffee flavor was intense to the point it felt like I was pairing a coffee with this cigar. Other notes of earthy, cocoa and mild black pepper spice came through as well." -Chad M. (Chad Tchad)
Pete Johnson of Tatauje Cigars showed off a new addition to the Cojonu line today. The Tatuaje Cojonu 2021 will be one of the larger cigars Johnson has ever made weighing in at 7 x 58. It is a very large belicoso and uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.
"This cigar was really really good. From the initial aromas and cold draw, to the nice burn and finished product, there was not much to not enjoy. The subtle notes of cherry jam that came in during the middle really gave this a complex profile. These are very good well-made cigars and I can only hope I have the opportunity to smoke another one." -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)

"This cigar had everything going for me. Lots of cream, wood, chocolate, and just a hint of spice at the end. It lasted a full 2 hours and never increased in strength, just dynamite. " -Mickey T. (irratebass)
"This was a big cigar and a long smoke. The flavors were consistent the whole time. It was dark cocoa, cinnamon, and mild noted of salty nutty flavors. Strong black pepper that was intense at times and went deep into the chest. This is a steakhouse cigar. I would l make sure you eat a big meal and have a 4-6 finger pour of bourbon when smoking this one." -Chad M. (Chad Tchad)
"This is one of the better experiences I have had since being a panelist with Blind Man's Puff. While the prelight aromas were a little "odd" and had what I would describe as hints of dryness to it, the overall profile of the cigar was great! It developed nicely and changed all along the way, offering something different and enjoyable with each part of the cigar. This is a key point for me in rating a cigar, as I personally feel a cigar that develops a more favorable profile as it goes, is paramount to a rewarding smoking experience that keeps the smoker coming back for more" -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)
"This was a very enjoyable cigar based upon flavor and performance. My only complaint is the flavors becoming somewhat muted during the middle portion. I would highly recommend this to any smoker who enjoys bold flavors and has a bit of time to dedicate to the experience. I’d love to pick up a five-pack of these for future enjoyment." -Jason H. Every year we put together a list of our Top 25 Cigars of the Year. Our list is a bit different from some other lists, it is not simply a rehashing of our top scores from the year, or one person's opinion. We gave each of our panelists 10 votes to cast how they please for what they enjoyed the most in 2019. The order of their votes matter, so their #1 pick is worth twice as much as #10. The cigars do not have to have been reviewed by Blind Man's Puff, but the panelist must have smoked it.
