Tabacalera Palma’s La Galera has announced a rebranding of their Connecticut line. The Connecticut line will now feature the same cigar band design found on the Habano, Maduro, and Box Pressed cigars from its core line of product offerings. This change is set to bring a unified look across La Galera’s core line of products, emphasizing the company’s commitment to consistency, quality, and craftsmanship.
The company says that having a separate band design for the Connecticut caused confusion for some customers and detracted from the overall harmony of the core line. The updated band design aims to improve brand recognition and create a seamless experience for cigar enthusiasts.

The new Connecticut Cigars bands will feature a minimal white secondary band to distinguish it from its core line siblings. The primary band will be the standard La Galera cigar band whose intricate gold foil accents and artistic backdrops consumers have come to recognize. The updated presentation will be introduced to the market by August 2023.
