United Cigars Announces Garofalo La Famiglia – Cigar News

United Cigars is adding a new line to the Garofalo brand, Garofalo La Famiglia. This is a collaboration between United Cigars, David Garofalo, and Nick Perdomo, Jr. It will go on sale January 2022.

“Making a special line of cigars for my close friend, David Garofalo, is an honor for the Perdomo family. The original Garofalo Legacy Series has been a success over the last ten years, and we know the addition of the new Garofalo La Famiglia will continue to represent the Garofalo family’s passion and dedication to providing the finest premium hand-made cigars to cigar enthusiasts world-wide.”

Nick Perdomo, Jr.

The Garofalo La Famiglia cigar will be available in three wrapper options: Ecuadorian Connecticut, Nicaraguan Sun Grown Wrapper, and Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper. All three blends use Cuban-seed Nicaraguan tobaccos grown exclusively on Perdomo’s famed farms in the Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa Valley regions in Nicaragua.

The Garofalo La Famiglia Connecticut blend is a mild to medium bodied smoke featuring a 5-year aged Ecuadorian Connecticut-shade wrapper which adds a smooth creaminess to the rich 5-year aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan fillers.

The Garofalo La Famiglia Sun Grown is a medium bodied smoke with a 5-year aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Sun Grown wrapper which adds a smooth spiciness to the robust 5-year aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan fillers.

The Garofalo La Famiglia Maduro is a medium to full-bodied smoke featuring 5-year aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Maduro wrappers which adds a rich sweetness to the robust 5-year aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan fillers.

All the cigars come in boxes of 24 and in the same 5 sizes: Robusto (5 x 54), Epicure (6 x 54), Torpedo (6 1/2 x 54), Gordo (6 x 60), and Churchill (7 x 54). Garofalo La Famiglia sells between $10.00 and $13.00 a stick.
