Diesel is poised to launch the Diesel Vintage Series Natural, a new addition to their line-up, arriving at retailers on March 1. This latest series complements the Maduro-wrapped cigars introduced last year, with both varieties offering the experience of aged tobaccos at consumer-friendly prices.
Handmade at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in Nicaragua, this new series is the result of a collaborative effort between AJ Fernandez and Justin Andrews. The Natural is characterized by its Nicaraguan-dominant profile and the use of deeply-aged filler tobaccos.
For Diesel Series Natural, AJ and I took the opportunity to highlight the aged tobacco in the blend. We introduced a natural wrapper to deliver a transformative effect on the blend and make the aging of the filler more pronounced. The result is a cigar that not only delivers the signature, bold experience that Diesel is known for, but also introduces layers of rich and satisfying complexity.

The blend includes an Ecuadorian wrapper, Nicaraguan Habano binder from Estelí, and Nicaraguan Jalapa fillers aged between five to seven years, promising a flavor journey from creamy beginnings to a more earthy profile, complemented by Nicaraguan spice and cedar notes.
The Diesel Vintage Series Natural will be available in five sizes:
- Pico Gordo (4.5” x 60); SRP $8.79
- Robusto Gordo (5” x 56); SRP $7.79
- Toro (6” x 52); SRP $7.99
