Cigar News: Mombacho Ships Cosecha 2015
Mombacho Cigars S.A. announced today, the shipment of their annual Cosecha release, with this year’s being named the Mombacho Cosecha 2015. This years blend contains only tobacco from the year 2015 as the name suggests. The word cosecha translates to harvest. The blend is a Nicaraguan puro and will be available to buy July 1st.

Mombacho Cosecha cigars are a Nicaraguan puro, and true vintage, meaning they have been aging after being rolled.

Mombacho cigars has announced European distribution and a German warehouse with PasionPuro GmbH & Co. KG. The warehouse is based out of Dusseldorf, Germany. The first shipment will begin around the end of June. While Mombacho cigars are already available in Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and Italy; this will allow them to move into Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg before the end of the year.

Mombacho Cigars S.A. announced today the shipment of their upcomming cigar, Casa Favilli, named after the factory in which all Mombacho Cigars are made. The Mombacho Casa Favilli is the first cigar to use a Broadleaf wrapper grown in Nicaragua. The first shipment is being called a limited pre-release and will consist of 150 boxes of each vitola. Regular production will take place in 2019. Each comes in 12 count boxes and the vitolas are as follows: Robusto – 5 x 50 – MSRP $10.95, Toro – 6 x 52 – MSRP $11.95, Torpedo – 5 ½ x 52 – MSRP $12.95.

Mombacho Cigars revealed new packaging design for their Liga Maestro line at the IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas earlier this month. The new boxes have a matte black finish with gold embossed Mombacho logo and are already shipping to retailers. The Tierra Volcán line will also be available in a similar box concept later this year.
