Cigar Dojo & Aganorsa Leaf have announced a new collaboration, Pagoda 2023. The launch for this limited edition will take place at this year's Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival in Broomfield, Colorado.
Cigar Dojo is describing the Pagoda project as turning the focus inward, laying the foundation for what can be considered the Dojo's own “house blend,” as represented by the iconic pagoda architecture seen throughout Asian culture. A pagoda is defined as a Hindu or Buddhist temple or sacred building, typically a many-tiered tower, in India and East Asia.
The Cigar Dojo team worked closely with Aganorsa Leaf, to create a blend to embody the spirit of the Dojo. Everything from the size to the tobacco-growing regions combines to reflect the “Dojo doctrines” of positivity, kinship, and personal growth. The Pagoda 2023 blend uses a Corojo '99 wrapper from Nicaragua, double binder (Nicaraguan Corojo from Estelí and Jalapa), and Criollo '98 and Corojo '99 leaves from Nicaragua for filler.
Packed with all the Aganorsa goodness you can handle, the Pagoda is a well-balanced Nicaraguan puro featuring a double binder sourced from Jalapa that creates a “ginger snap” flavor that will keep you coming back for more.

As has become tradition for Cigar Dojo's fall collaboration release, the Pagoda 2023 will kickoff at the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival, which takes place on Saturday, August 26th at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, CO. The cigars will then be made available online the week following, being sold exclusively through Smoke Inn Cigars as an online-only release. Between the two launches, 400 bundles of 10 cigars will be made available, which were rolled in a single 6″ x 48 toro format. Pricing is set at $99.95 per bundle.
