The original Undercrown Shady was released in collaboration with Shady Records for their 20th Anniversary in 2014 to 10 Detroit area retailers. The blend was a stronger version of the Undercrown like the Corona Viva and came in soft packs of 10 cigars. Now, the company is following that release with the Undercrown ShadyXX to celebrate Shady Records 20th Anniversary. It will be shown off at IPCPR.
The blend, still uses the same Mexican San Andres wrapper, Connecticut Stalk Cut Habano binder, and the filler from Nicaragua and Brazil. The vitola is a 5 x 50 box-pressed belicoso. It will still come in a 10-count petaca with an MSRP of $104.00 and ship August with a merchandising solution to Drew Diplomat retailers nationwide.
