Cigar News: Jas Sum Krall to Release Nuggless

Jas Sum Kral is going to release Nuggless next month, a CBD-free version of the Jas Sum Kral Nuggs. Nuggs was the first premium handmade cigar made with CBD-oil. Nuggs have been around since 2019 and has been a huge success since. Nuggs come in two blends, natural and maduro with the maduro containing more CBD. The Nugless will be available in both those blends.

I receive messages constantly and talk to people regularly that say they can’t smoke the Nuggs. It’s because of the possible drug test to create a false positive. Even though that’s impossible and I explain to them the process, they still worry. I understand it is not worth the risk for them. I decided to release the non-CBD version, same blend and all but no CBD.

Jas Sum Kral founder Riste Ristevski

The Jas Sum Kral Nuggles will come in ten-count bundles in the 4½x48 vitola with the Habano blend selling for $79.99 and the Maduro for $89.99. The company says it will also be donating $1 to Breast Cancer Society for every bundle of Nuggless sold in 2021.

Nuggless will debut at The Golden Leaf in Hobart, Indiana in March before a worldwide release in April. The cigars are made at Tabacalera Aragon in Esteli, Nicaragua.

The packaging will feature pictures of females wearing a Nuggs shirt. Ristevski said “The packaging idea is from the campaign I have been running on social media with ladies. I’ve been sending Nuggs t-shirt to ladies who want to show off their chest which has taken off global. The idea was to have a Nuggs calendar for all the cigar shops to have with ladies from around the world. But I changed it to have the ladies in a rotation packaging cover for the cigars. Like a collector’s item.”
