Cigar News: JM Tobacco Releases Gift Package with Ashtray

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: September 28, 2015

New Gift Package and Sampler Combines Entire JM Tobacco’s Premium Cigar Line with Custom Wooden Ashtray

JM Tobacco has brought together cigars from all six of their JM’s Dominican and Nicaraguan lines of value priced premium cigars, packaging them in custom-made wooden cigar ashtrays. The six cellophane-tubed cigars per sampler are nestled in the bowl of the 9” x 6” ashtray. All ashtrays are one-of-a-kind items, due to their unique origins. “These hand-crafted ashtrays,” states JM’s president, Anto Mahroukian, “are derived from reclaimed wood. The artisans at Los Angeles-based Treeline Woodworks create useful objects as artistic pieces, using discarded materials in an environmentally friendly way.”

To encourage exploration of their entire inventory of the JM offerings, the company has featured one each of all six blend/wrapper variations. The handmade, 100% tobacco cigars are all 6” x 50 Toros. Medium-bodied JM’s Nicaraguan cigars feature Maduro and Sumatra wrapper choices, and a filler grown in Esteli, Nicaragua. The JM’s Dominican wrapper selections are Maduro, Sumatra, Connecticut and Corojo. The JM’s Dominican binder and filler tobaccos are grown in the Dominican Republic, delivering a mild to medium smoke. All JM’s cigars feature well-aged Cuban seed tobaccos, and have pre-cut heads for convenience. The JM’s Dominican and Nicaraguan sampler and gift packs are currently appearing at tobacco retailers nationwide, at a suggested retail price of $29.99.
