Foundation Announces Ligero Tobacco House Exclusive Cigar – Cigar News

Foundation Cigars has announced new house blend exclusively to Ligero Tobacco House in Buford, GA. The new cigar is called simply “Ligero Tobacco House” and comes in one size, a 6 ¼ x 46 Lonsdale. The blend uses a Habano Ecuador wrapper, San Andres Mexican binder, and filler from Esteli, Jalapa, and Ometepe.

This project is long overdue and has been in the works for almost 2 years. The blend is very unique, elegant, and unlike anything I have worked on.

Foundation founder and Master Blender Nick Melillo

This cigar is described as medium-bodied and sells for $12 per stick or $240 for a 20-count box. This cigar is in celebration of the fact that Ligero Tobacco House has the only Foundation Cigar Lounge in the country. It’s an immersive and relaxing space filled with custom brand artwork by Foundation’s art director, Thief Garcia. The humidor at Ligero Tobacco House also carries the entire portfolio of Foundation cigars.

Nick definitely worked his magic with this blend…The aroma from the Habano wrapper and the flavor profile on this cigar was simply amazing.

Adam Tirado, owner of Ligero and long-time friend of Melillo
