Blind Cigar Review: Marrero | Tesoro Mio Torpedo

“Wow. I was blown away by this smoke. It really hit everything a non-maduro needs to hit on my checklist for me to put it in my regular smoking rotation. The sweet flavor profile and excellent construction reminded me of the My Father Flor De Las Antilles, which is one of my all time favorite cigars. This would be a great smoke for sitting by a campfire, roasting s’mores and telling stories. Or it would also shine as an after lunch smoke, as it is not overly heavy in body or too spicy in taste.
I would buy a box of these, in this vitola if the price was right.” -Ryan (Youngryan216)

Blind Cigar Review: Marrero | Tico Pigtail

“This is a fantastic cigar with well balanced flavors and a smooth rich texture. The sweet notes in this cigar range from honey, to caramel, to a vanilla cream, which really makes the cigar come to life. These sweet notes pair well with hearty tobacco and oak notes. Construction is top notch and the draw evens out into a smooth draw with just enough resistance. This cigar may be a bit too much for beginners, but it is a necessity for experienced cigar enthusiasts. This was an amazing cigar experience and I could easily put this cigar into my regular smoking rotation. Once I know what this cigar is, I am going to hunt down a box.” -Dave (Cigar Jukebox)
