United Cigar Announces 19th Century Byron Epique Poemas Humidor – Cigar News

United Cigars has announced the 19th Century Byron Epique Poemas 30 Count Humidor. It is scheduled to begin shipping first week of November. It was first shown off at the 2022 PCA show in Las Vegas and contains 30 cigars inside and a carton of 50 cigars to refill. The cigars have been aged Four Years Post-Roll. The Epique Poemas cigars are part of the 19th Century blend by Nelson Alfonso of Selected Tobacco and feature a dark, oily Ecuadorian wrapper. We reviewed the cigar here and gave it a 90 in our blind testing.

Each humidor is individually numbered, and finished in hazelnut wood. It stands upright with two magnetically sealed doors that swing open to the sides. The side doors hold five cigars that are angled back, secured with a strip of hazelnut wood, plus the doors feature a hygrometer and thermometer on opposite sides. The center of the humidor will prominently display twenty Epique Poemas along with a top mounted regulator to maintain humidity. Only 500 humidors and 40,000 cigars will be sold .

Lord Byron gave the world poetry and I try to capture his passion with the Byron line. I look for an emotional response not only in the packaging designs but more importantly in my cigars.
