El Soñador was the first cigar released from relatively new cigar company Casa De Sueños in 2019. The tobacco in the Casa De Sueños El Soñador comes from a Hidden valley in the Dominican Republic passed down from six generations of the De Los Reyes family. El Soñador translates from Spanish to The Dreamer.

El Soñador is a Dominican puro and described as a medium blend cigar. The blend uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, San Vincente binder, and Dominican fillers. It comes in four vitolas: Robusto 5 x 52, Toro 6 x 54, Maximo 7 x 60, and Salomon 7 x 56.

“After getting the foot toasted the first few puffs were slightly bitter. This faded quickly and I was treated to a nice heavy and creamy smoke with a baking spice and gram cracker throughout the first third.” –Quinn (quinnpins269)

“The aroma of freshly ground coffee came in right up front as a transitioned into the second third. There was also a nice amount of salty peanuts that played well with the coffee notes. I was still getting a good amount of thick creamy smoke with every puff of the cigar. Ash was holding on nicely and still held its shape after hitting the ashtray.” –Quinn (quinnpins269)
