Initial Impressions – Casa De Sueños El Soñador Robusto
“The cigar has a nice dark brown wrapper, with no flaws that I can see.” –Joseph S. (Bearded Bastard)
“A very nice aroma of barnyard hay and the sweetness of bread and sweet earth.” –Ryan H. (Ryan H.)
“I am picking up flavors of mineral, wood, black pepper, black licorice.” –Joseph S. (Bearded Bastard)
“After getting the foot toasted the first few puffs were slightly bitter. This faded quickly and I was treated to a nice heavy and creamy smoke with a baking spice and gram cracker throughout the first third.” –Quinn (quinnpins269)
“The aroma of freshly ground coffee came in right up front as a transitioned into the second third. There was also a nice amount of salty peanuts that played well with the coffee notes. I was still getting a good amount of thick creamy smoke with every puff of the cigar. Ash was holding on nicely and still held its shape after hitting the ashtray.” –Quinn (quinnpins269)
“Ash is very strong. a small, dried fruit note joins earth and leather. The small amount of spice is still present. As you smoke the dried fruit note gets sweeter and sweeter, until a dried cherry note is easily identified.” –Ryan H. (Ryan H.)
“The final third shared the same fresh coffee and salted peanuts profile as the second. Though the strength did up tick slightly to the medium-strong. It was still an enjoyable blend and was not overpowering.” –Quinn (quinnpins269)
“In the final third, I am still getting that very strong coffee notes with some red pepper mixed in. I am also picking up a few nuances of the cigar that I can’t just pick out.” –Jai P. (Jai)

“The best coffee cigar I have ever had. The notes of red pepper added an unexpected splash to the palate that enhanced the smoking experience. Rounded out with subtle nuances of cocoa, this cigar is perfect to end the day with.” –Jai P. (Jai)
“Great flavor combos and a thick meaty mouth feel.” –Joseph S. (Bearded Bastard)
“Even though the cigar had some not-very enjoyable notes with the soap and ash, the rest of the profile was very enjoyable and burn and draw performed wonderfully. I am willing to overlook the misplaced notes, and would willingly purchase a box.” –Ryan H. (Ryan H.)
