Matt Booth and General Cigar have brought new life to the Sancho Panza brand by way of a complete rebrand and reblend. All three blends in the line get the same treatment and will ship this week. They were also shown off in the Room101 booth at the PCA trade show last week.
"This was a very very enjoyable cigar, there were no extreme flavor transitions in fact the flavors seem to mildly transition at the appropriate times staying pretty consistent throughout the whole smoking experience. All the flavors highlighted in the cigar being cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa, leather, and sweet aged tobacco were perfectly balanced for me and came and went at the appropriate times. The draw and construction of the cigar were impeccable making for an overall excellent cigar and a great smoking experience. This is definitely a cigar I would smoke again and recommend to anyone who enjoys cigars. As for pairings, I think the cigar would be excellent with a mocha style coffee or an oatmeal stout." -Angel M. (Angel)
the rich chocolate flavor developed it became pretty awesome. It is very unique and rich in flavors and I can easily recommend this. " -Alan (Eulogy)
"Amazing cigar with a sweet profile and flawless burn. The cap was a slight annoyance but everything else was so spot on that it is easy to ignore. If you enjoy a naturally sweet profile this will be a real winner for you. I can't recommend this enough and I think everyone should at least try one if not pick up a five-pack to give it a try. Certainly, the best review cigar I've had this year and one of the top cigars I have had in a while." -Alan (Eulogy)
The Punch Rare Corojo is coming back again, and this time the annual cigar is coming back in a size from the past. The Punch Rare Corojo 2022 will be an Arisocrat size, a 6.125 x 40/54 figurado. The size was originally made at the at the Villazon factory, commissioned by Frank Llaneza, founder of Punch Cigars in Honduras. Frank made what he referred to as a baseball bat-size cigar for Red Auerbach and Art Rooney, two sports legends.
"Really enjoyed this cigar but that might had to do with it being a late night smoke. It is very strong in terms of strength and flavor and would pair very well with bourbon if your so inclined. If you like full bodied cigar this would be a winner." -Alan (Eulogy)

"I don't usually go for the bigger cigars but this was excellent start to finish. The sweet cocoa at the beginning that morphed into buttered toast and warm cinnamon at the midway point was perfectly balanced by charred oak and black pepper on the retro. The final inch or so got a little heavy on the wood notes but I would definitely smoke this one again after a big dinner with a nice rye to pair." -Vance T. (Vance)
o start, that corrects itself with each puff. Great notes of grass, oak, tea, and black pepper. A nice cigar to enjoy on St. Patrick's Day. A cigar I'd want in my humidor." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
For the eleventh time, Alec Bradley is releasing their Fine & Rare limited edition cigar this April. This iteration will be limited to 2,500 boxes and called the Fine & Rare BC-(13)4EV.
