"Though it smoked tighter than I like, the flavors were very enjoyable. It is a nice after-dinner Maduro with heavy chocolate, molasses, and toffee notes. The addition of increasing spices throughout the blend hit my palate well but I could see it putting off some who would just enjoy the sweetness of the cigar." -Lauren S. (Lauren S.)
"I use to be a leather tongue smoker but over the last few years, that has shifted to a more balanced profile fan. So it is nice that find a cigar that walks the tight rope between these two profiles. This cigar did just that. It is a full-on flavor but without that heavy punch that most cigars have these days. This cigar will appeal to a wide range of smokers. Easily smokeable under any situation. I will for sure be looking for them once I know what it is. " -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)
"I was very excited to smoke this prelight since it looked great with the torpedo cap and perfect construction. The flavors fell a bit flat for me, though. It just doesn't oomph to match the uptick in nicotine around the halfway point and I'm more of a flavor over strength person. It isn't bad but it just doesn't do anything for me personally. " -Alan (Eulogy)
o start, that corrects itself with each puff. Great notes of grass, oak, tea, and black pepper. A nice cigar to enjoy on St. Patrick's Day. A cigar I'd want in my humidor." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
"I enjoyed the cigar but it was a bit monotone since there was no evolution in flavors. If you like a strong, meaty profile this is probably a good bet for you." -Alan (Eulogy)
"While not the most complex, the flavor profile is definitely something of interest for me. There's a potency in it that I enjoy and it sticks around the entire time. Between that and it being well constructed, I have no issues suggesting you at least check these out. Unless of course, you prefer things on the lighter or milder side. Then maybe not so much. "This cigar was not at all what I expected. The dark appearance would scary many but this cigar was very approachable and should find a home in many humidors. I would be interested to find out what it is and will most likely keep a few on hand to enjoy after a hearty meals." -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)
"I have thoroughly enjoyed this cigar and would consider it to be a premium cigar for sure. Once I find out what it is, I am going to purchase a box! Starts off with a hint of citrus and develops nicely in a dark sweet and earthy smoke and finishes off beautifully." -James H. (Keikan Jim)
