Crowned Heads announced today that Juarez Shots be released again in 2021, now called Juarez Shots LE 2021. The company is calling the limited edition cigar a “Winter Seasonal” release and was brought back because of it’s popularity.
“Juarez, as a brand, experienced dramatic growth in 2020,” commented Crowned Heads co-owner/founder,
Jon Huber. “The Shots are a great limited seasonal release that gives fans of Juarez a short format option to enjoy the blend not only during the cold weather months, but any time of year, as well.”
The Juarez Shots are a petit robusto that measures 4″ x 50 and come in 50-count cabinet boxes. The Juarez Shots name comes from Johnny Cash’s rendition of the song, “Cocaine Blues,” from the 1968 album, “At Folsom Prison.” Only 500 50-count cabinet boxes (25,000 total cigars) will be made this run. Each cigar costs $5.60. Juarez is rolled at Tabacalera Pichardo in Esteli, Nicaragua, under the supervision of Master Blender Don Eradio Pichardo. Juarez Shots LE 2021 will ship February.
