OK, not exactly a new size, but a new shape. Plasencia Cigars announced today that they are shipping a box-pressed version of it’s Alma del CampoTravesia in a box-pressed format. The Travesia size has been around since the cigar launched in 2017, but it was in a rounded format. This new vitola ships next week.
The PlasenciaAlma del CampoTravesia box-press marks the first line extension to the Alma del Campo series since launch in 2017. The company says the size is in response for public demand for more box-pressed cigars.

The result was to offer the Alma del CampoTravesia in a Box Press format, to further serve the cigar community.”
The company says the box-pressed version wlil be even creamier and smoother than the original. This blend is a Nicaraguan puro . The new size measures 6 1/2 x 54, comes in 10-count boxs, and selle for $17.00 each.
