“Featuring very little in the way of complexity and with only some minor transitions throughout the smoking experience, I won’t go so far as to say this is a boring cigar. Rather this was a fine cigar featuring fine flavors and fine construction. That’s it, it was just “fine” all around. ” -Matt Cade (CADE)

“Magnificent cigar. I’m not a boxed press enthusiast, but I really enjoyed this one despite the format. The flavors nailed a lot of my personal preferences featuring loads of creaminess, leather; ranging from soft and supple to bold and aggressive, and throughout offered a balanced sweetness. Additional notes of mineral and salt played against the sweet creaminess nicely. ” -John I. (John I.)

“Wow! This was a fantastic cigar! The cigar really didn’t show its true colors until the second third, but that’s fine. In the second third I got that wonderful creamy/buttery flavors. Then in the final third every other sip the cigar really surprised me with earthy tones (no spice) of wood then followed up with cream and butter. This is definitely a box purchase in my future. Would love to pair this with morning coffee as my first cigar of the day….. I’d go even further and say it could be my last cigar of the day too.” -Mickey T. (irratebass)

“A decent looking stick, with great pre-light aromas, and lackluster construction and burn. The flavor profile was okay, middle of the road for me, I feel the lightly packed/rolled tobacco caused this stick to burn too quickly, causing off flavors from the high burn temp. I’d smoke it again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice as the flavor profile was pretty straight forward and didn’t have a level of complexity that I am typically accustomed with true premium cigars. While not the bottom of the barrel in the premium world, a noteworthy smoke that you should try!” -John A. (Bostoneo)

“This is a fairly short-lived cigar, easy smoking in under an hour, and probably just over a half hour smoke for most people. Each third had a distinct change of flavors that could easily be detected without looking. I found myself enjoying this one, a lot. But, it could use some glue. The tendency for the wrapper to unravel kept me distracted and, ultimately forced me to score the cigar lower than I would have liked based on flavor alone. That said, I’d give it another go in hopes that it’d stay together.” -Isaac M. (The Nothing)

“My vocabulary of superlatives are inadequate to do this justice. Easily one of the best, and most memorable cigars I’ve ever had. Complex, and really nicely nuanced. It doesn’t really progress through “changes” like a lot of cigars, instead there are all kinds of things happening, all the time.” -John I. (John I.)

“This one was a bit one dimensional for my liking, although the flavors presented were solid and well balanced. The glimpses of coffee and chocolate were encouraging but never developed enough to add to the profile. A good cigar for the golf course.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)

“This is a very enjoyable cigar, especially the first third. If time will turn the second and final thirds to be more like the first, this would be a world-class cigar. Even still, it was really good. I would definitely buy at least 5 of these. I would recommend this to anyone but a novice.” -Emmett (BMP_Emmett)

“Other than the strength becoming a little overpowering for me, I really like this cigar. The nice clean flavors, profile changes and wonderful construction make this a solid choice and I could easily see myself recommending this cigar to others.” -Alan (Eulogy)

“I did enjoy this cigar, but I wish it had been a little more complex or had some more transitions. It wasn’t as dry as some Connecticut cigars and I appreciated that, but it did get a little boring. If the price is right, I would consider picking up a five pack of these. For fans of milder and Connecticut cigars, I would recommend giving it a try.” -Emmett (rhetorik)

“I have just one thing to say about this cigar…superb! Ok, I have more to say…The flavors were excellent, offering just enough change to keep me interested but remaining deeply entrenched in my prime flavor wheelhouse. If you like full flavored, and rich cigars then this is highly recommended! If you’re interested in branching out to a fuller cigar, then this is also highly recommended. One thing…don’t but them all…I want a few more!” –Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)
