"Featuring very little in the way of complexity and with only some minor transitions throughout the smoking experience, I won’t go so far as to say this is a boring cigar. Rather this was a fine cigar featuring fine flavors and fine construction. That’s it, it was just “fine” all around. " -Matt Cade (CADE)

·"I have just one thing to say about this cigar...superb! Ok, I have more to say...The flavors were excellent, offering just enough change to keep me interested but remaining deeply entrenched in my prime flavor wheelhouse. If you like full flavored, and rich cigars then this is highly recommended! If you're interested in branching out to a fuller cigar, then this is also highly recommended. One thing...don't but them all...I want a few more!" -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)

·"Overall, this cigar was very good with a great level of complexity and flavors. I think this cigar will further improve with age. I will definitely try this again." -Sandeep (Djangos)
"This was a very nice smoke. It didn't turn out to be the spice/pepper bomb that I expected based on its looks. I picked up lots of different flavors including floral, white pepper, creaminess, bubble gum, wood, and earth. I would definitely smoke this again, and would possibly consider a fiver. " -Mickey T. (irratebass)
"The flavors in the cigar were very muted and hard to pull out. The strength was very well-mannered, but the cigar never really developed into anything stellar. It was an enjoyable experience, just not a memorable one. I wouldn't hesitate to hand this cigar to less experienced smokers, as there is nothing in it that would discourage it. It would hold up nicely with black coffee late in the morning or bourbon in the evening. Most beers would probably overrun it." -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)
"This is one of those cigars that might create problems with some smokers. The flowery ash and uneven burn might cause some to relight it too many times. This would change the flavor profile for most. If they can get past all of this they might enjoy the smoking experience. All that being said, this cigar is a “Don’t judge a book by its cover” kind of cigar. You should try it out and see what you think." -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)
General cigar has announced the fourth iteration of Cohiba Spectre, the brand's small batch, ultra luxury cigar. The blend for Cohiba Spectre uses five varietals of tobacco, each some of the highest quality tobaccos of the growing regions, soils and microclimates from which they were harvested.
"This was certainly an interesting cigar. The profile had dramatic changes every third which was great but not all of the were my cup of tea. I found the draw to be a little spongy and the cap way too small but neither were deal breakers for me. Certainly a unique experience and worth a try." -Alan (Eulogy)
Cohiba (STG) is launching an updated version of their Weller by Cohiba cigar. This new limited-edition updates the blend to include a Connecticut-grown Broadleaf binder leaf that has been aged in authentic Weller Bourbon barrels. To achieve the aging, those barrels were transported from the famed Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY to General Cigar Dominicana in Santiago, DR where the cigars were rolled.

·"This is a fairly short-lived cigar, easy smoking in under an hour, and probably just over a half hour smoke for most people. Each third had a distinct change of flavors that could easily be detected without looking. I found myself enjoying this one, a lot. But, it could use some glue. The tendency for the wrapper to unravel kept me distracted and, ultimately forced me to score the cigar lower than I would have liked based on flavor alone. That said, I'd give it another go in hopes that it'd stay together." -Isaac M. (The Nothing)
