The only thing that keeps me from sending the ratings to the top of the scale is the overall dryness of the smoke, the unbalanced pepper on the retrohale, and the draw that was to the loose side of perfect. My Father Flor De Las Antillas 10th Anniversary – Blind Cigar Review

"This was a very good cigar. I was greeted with a sweetness after the fist inch or so and it did not let up. Later as the cigar progressed I was treated with a celery type of flavor that started at first on the retro, but soon switched to covering my entire palate... so that mix of vegetal and sweetness was the cat's meow. Amendola Signature Series Cannoli Red – Blind Cigar Review

"A very solid medium body cigar from the first puff till I finished the review. The first and second thirds were very enjoyable, but towards the end it started to go flat and bring some bitterness. Diesel Atonement TAA 2022 – Blind Cigar Review

"Hats off to the torcedor who expertly rolled such a beautiful cigar and hats off to the blender for the incredible balance of flavors that dazzled my palate. From the first puff to the last this smoke was nothing short of stellar! Spice bombs typically aren't my go to when I reach in the humidor but this one hit different as the abundance of spice was offset and balanced with just the right amount of sweet. The contrast of flavors was enjoyable and intriguing enough that I didn't miss the lack of significant transitions and it certainly did not detract from the overall smoking experience. I would love to try this cigar again and would love to pair it with pint of a bitey flavorful IPA or a nice spiced rum on the rocks." -Noah S. (Noah)

Rather, I tend to put a premium on a stick that intrigues my palate with abundant flavors that are not only smooth but also balanced enough to keep my attention. This cigar accomplished all of that and more while maintaining similar flavor profiles from start to finish. What stood out for me the most was how smooth the smoke was from the first puff to the last which ultimately led to the incredible smoking experience. "It's a shame the construction really took away from what could have been a quality session. The flavor profile was never really a problem, as this was a pleasant smoke flavor-wise. Being on the lighter side, this would work well for an early morning cigar. Unfortunately, when you have to focus on the construction issues as much as I did, it ruins any chance of enjoyment.
