Santa Clara (the wholesale arm of JR Cigar) has announced a maduro version of one of its most popular exclusive cigars, Rocky Patel Freedom. Rocky Patel Freedom Maduro will be the third in the Freedom line following the original which is a medium-to-full-bodied smoke with an Ecuadorian wrapper, first created to represent Rocky’s continued effort to fight for the cigar industry’s freedom, and the Connecticut version.
With the success of Rocky Patel Freedom and Freedom Connecticut, we fully expect the Maduro release to be a big hit with adult cigar smokers. It is specially made for Santa Clara by legendary manufacturer Rocky Patel, a proven name and brand that should be part of any retail humidor regular cigar rotation.

Rocky Patel Freedom Maduro is rolled Rocky Patel‘s Tavicusa factory in Esteli. The blend is a Nicaraguan Puro starting with a Nicaraguan Habano Oscuro wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It will be sold in three sizes: 5.50×50 Robusto, 6X52 Toro, and 6×60 Sixty. All comes in boxes of 20.
