The is $99.95 per box, however, members of the Cigar Dojo app were given a discount of $89.99 during the first weekend. This cigar was reviewed blind (no bands) by a panel of at least 4 reviewers. They did not know what they were smoking beforehand. The scores are an average of all the reviewers' scores with outliers removed. All of our cigars reviewed are shipped to the panelists with Boveda packs to ensure optimal smoking experience.

The cigars were rolled at Aganorsa Leafs FactoryTABSA factory in Estelí. ReviveR was blended by Max Fernández and selected Aganorsa tobacco with a lot from Jalapa. The blend uses with a Corojo ’99 wrapper from Jalapa and is contains Jalapa-based Criollo ’98 and Corojo ’99 leaves in the filler. The binder is a Criollo ’98 leaf from Estelí known for producing more intense tobacco. Given the amount of tobacco from the Jalapa region, the blend takes on a more sweet profile.

Initial Impressions

Appearance: 92

“Large with a satiny feel. Veins are minimal on the wrapper, but look like they are quite thick on the binder. ” –Isaac M. (The Nothing)

Aroma: 88

“I really don’t detect anything on the body except maybe some cedar. on the foot I get faint cedar with some milk chocolate.” –Mickey T. (irratebass)

First Third

Flavor: 91
Strength: Medium
Body/Complexity: Medium-Full

“The cigar lights up with rich tobacco flavors and just a hint of pepper. There was a fair amount of cedar on the retrohale. Pepper notes faded off quickly enough leaving primary flavors of tobacco and dry grass.” –Isaac M. (The Nothing)

“Right away i’m met with salt, cream and butter along with some cedar and sweet coffee. The strength is mild – medium.” –Mickey T. (irratebass)

Second Third

Flavor: 93
Strength: Medium
Body/Complexity: Medium

“A minor touch up is required to even out the burn from a lagging portion. An excellent draw shows off a brilliant nougat flavor along with black pepper and a slight anise flavor start off this third. Finally, sweet citrus and spicy leather end this third. ” –John A. (Bostoneo)

“Bread is still occupying most of the profile. There isn’t really any other underlying flavors to pin point.” –Ryan H. (Ryan H.)

Final Third

Flavor: 93
Strength: Medium
Body/Complexity: Medium

“The final portion comes packed with leather, salt, and slightly sour fruit flavors. Towards the end a salty metallic flavor takes over as a final farewell to this stick.” –John A. (Bostoneo)

“Sweet cream is pushing it’s way through the crowd. Bread still raining supreme, although nearing the end starts to fade for the first time during the whole cigar. I think only because some chocolate comes in it kinda helps mute the bread.” –Ryan H. (Ryan H.)

” This was an excellent and complex tasty smoke. The various flavor profiles kept me on my toes while the perfect draw left me in awe. I wish it would’ve ended a bit better but it was a pleasure to have smoke this fine cigar.” –John A. (Bostoneo)

“This cigar had a good look to it, which goes to show that a looks aren’t anything. The muddied charcoal mess that made up most of the cigar was a flavor that I had a hard time getting off my palate. ” –Isaac M. (The Nothing)

“I enjoyed the cigar. It started out nice, smooth and creamy with plenty of cedar notes with sweet coffee. The cigar picked up steam in the final bits of the 2nd and all the way through the third with leather and spice and wood flavors. ” –Mickey T. (irratebass)

“Props to the manufacture, created a wonderful product that I look forward to buying. Fellas and ladies getcha some” –Ryan H. (Ryan H.)
