Davidoff announced today the opening of their latest flagship store in Hong Kong. This store uses the new “Davidoff of Geneva since 1911” concept. It is located in The Landmark which is home to Hong Kong’s most famous shops and international luxury brands.
“We are delighted to have relocated our new Flagship Store in Hong Kong. The challenge in designing this unique cigar shop was to preserve the company’s history but to continue our
mission to delight and surprise our customers worldwide by delivering unique brands and unrivalled retail experiences,” explained Laurent de Rougemont, Managing Director of Davidoff Asia.
This new store measures 54 square meters and is located at level B25 of the luxury-shopping destination. The new store is 61% larger than the original one at level G12 with only 33 square meters. This new store has a larger walk-in humidor dedicated spirits corner and accessory zone. The new globally-standardized “Davidoff of Geneva – since 1911″ concept is stylishly elegant, contemporary, and warm, with interior design combining lush woods with natural materials in earthy tones that are similar to the color cigars.
Charles Lim, Regional Manager of Davidoff Hong Kong and Store Manager said: “This enlarged new flagship store continues the Davidoff legacy of an inspiring place where aficionados can find a wide range of exceptionally crafted Davidoff Cigars.”
The Davidoff store at the Landmark is the brand’s third best-selling cigar outlet globally – with sales per square foot highest among stores worldwide. It also accounts for more than 25% of all retail store sales in Asia, from Beijing to Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Taiwan. With 19 years of experience in cigars, Charles Lim and his staff warmly welcome every guest to enjoy Davidoff’s cigar world and share wonderful moments of life together – according to Davidoff’s motto “time beautifully filled”.
