Cigar News: Drew Estate Ships Herrera Esteli Brazilian MaduroToday, announced the shipment of the new  that debuted at IPCPR 2018. Also shipping is the new packaging for Habano and Norteno, also shown at IPCPR 2018.

The new blend uses a Plantation Grown Mata Fina wrapper, covering a Connecticut River Valley Broadleaf binder with fillers from Nicaragua. Like all other , the is rolled at La Gran Fabrica and was blended by Willy Herrera. It comes in 5 vitolas:

From Little Havana Miami, Master Blender Willy Herrera says, “With the , I wanted to bring the Mata Fina to the forefront of this blend. This tobacco has such a unique texture and it showcases the lush floral and earthy notes I wanted to capture in this cigar. In addition, now that the line has been repackaged blending modern simplicity with classic Cuban style, it really shines on our retailers’ shelves and brings unity to the brand.”

All cigar will now have the same branding and will now be packaged in 25 count boxes.

Habano blend uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Honduran Binder, and filler leaves from Nicaragua, presented in  5 vitolas:

Norteno uses filler from the Esteli, and Jalapa growing regions of Nicaragua, with a Honduran Binder, and Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper in the 5 vitolas:

The Habano, Norteno and are shipping to retailers today. The Miami will be shipping in January.
