General Cigar‘s Punch is adding another cigar to their Chinese New Year Series: Punch Fu Manchu. This cigar celebrates the Year of the Tiger following 2021’s Kung Pow!, 2020’s Chop Suey and 2019’s Punch Egg Roll. This makes the fourth entry in the series.
Punch is keeping its Chinese New Year tradition alive. For the 2022 release, we went old school, replicating a maniacal kung fu master’s white hair and long goatee with a blonde cap and extended pigtail. Whether you’re watching Kung Fu Theatre or karate kicking back with friends, Fu Manchu breaks bricks on both flavor and price. Have fun with this one. It will go quickly.

Punch Fu Manchu is rolled at HATSA in Danli, Honduras, Fu Manchu. The blend uses tobacco from five different countries including a Honduran Habano wrapper, Indonesian binder, and fillers from Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Mexico.
The cigars come in just one size, a 6 x 50 Toro. They are box-pressed and have an MSRP of $5.99. They come packaged in 20-count bundles placed inside a takeout-style soup container box with a visual shout out to the Year of the Tiger. 6,400 boxes were made and ship this week.
