La Flor Dominicana and Hacking Gourmet have announced a special Live Independence Day Special Episode of the “Gourmet Smoke Sessions.” The special episode will also feature a new cigar from LFD “Stars and Stripes” and evening Fireworks show. The new cigar is an exclusive through Chicago based retailer Jack Schwartz. Stars and Stripes is a double figurado measuring 7 x 55. The blend uses an Ecuadorian Habano Wrapper with Dominican binder and filler featuring Connecticut shade stars and Habano maduro stripes. The cigar will be available for purchase and shipping beginning June 9 and will retail for $20.00.
World renowned Miami meat purveyor, Meat N’ Bone, has developed a chef curated meal which will be prepared with instruction during the session by Hacking Gourmet’s and La Flor Dominicana Vice President of Sales Jonathan Carney. The featured meal will ship nationwide through Meat N’ Bone and arrive to participating guests in temperature stable packaging with all necessary ingredients included to participate along during the session or for guests to prepare at their leisure.
Hacking Gourmet, founded in Maine during the pandemic, is a twice monthly culinary broadcast featuring gourmet dishes of all origins specializing in the perfect preparation of red meats.
