Quality Importers Trading Company, has introduced an innovative cigar line called Conspiracy Cigars. This new venture is a creative collaboration between industry veterans Alex Goldman, President & COO of QI, and Michael Giannini, Chief of Customer Engagement at QI, alongside the esteemed Ernesto Perez Carrillo Jr and his son, Ernesto Carrillo III.
Over the course of my 30+ year career, I have done everything from retail to wholesale to distribution and brand development. Everything I have learned – the good and the bad – has gone into creating the Conspiracy Cigar Project.

The blend, crafted at Casa Carrillo in the Dominican Republic, comes from the hands of the renowned Ernesto Perez Carrillo Jr, a name synonymous with excellence in the cigar industry.

Conspiracy Cigars will feature two wrapper options, Ecuador Connecticut and San Andres Maduro, each available in three sizes: Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x 52), and Gordo (6 x 60). Emphasizing the unique appeal of the cigars, Giannini described them as “A riff off of the EP Carrillo signature taste, aged tobaccos that resonate rich nuanced flavors.”
Adding a distinctive edge to the cigars is the SWAGSTORM packaging concept, ensuring every purchase comes with customized SWAG, reflecting the innovative spirit of the collaboration. The initial offerings will be presented in three formats: the FACTUM Series, limited to 900 boxes; the HUMIDOR Series, featuring a rotating series of artwork; and a Retail Prepack for single cigar sales, enhancing accessibility and display options for retailers.
With suggested retail prices ranging from $10.99 to $14.99, Conspiracy Cigars aim to offer a unique smoking experience, backed by the legacy of Ernesto Perez Carrillo and the creative force of Quality Importers.
