Quality Importers has announced the Palió® Ballista, a new tabletop lighter. The company has says this will pair well with their four-cut tabletop cutter and follows the design of their Palio Torcia pocket lighter. It uses an ergonomic capsule-shaped housing with a flame adjuster wheel at the bottom and a large ignition trigger at the top that simultaneously opens and closes the protective burner cover.
Palió Ballista uses an oversized single-jet flame and has a 10g butane fuel load, which the company says will require very infrequent fill ups. Large air vents help prevent overheating and enhance performance at high altitude. The Ballista will be come in 5 colors: black, blue, gunmetal, red and silver. It will ship September and cost $29.99. The lighter measures 2.125 x 0.875 x 3.5 in | 54 x 22 x 89mm and weighs 5.4 oz | 154g.
