Aganorsa Leaf is launching three new products at TPE at the end of this month: two new vitolas of Lunatic Maduro and JFR Fresh Packs.
"A nice sweet cigar with notes of sugar, peanuts, leather, and burnt toast. A minor touch-up was needed due to splitting. A nice dessert cigar that I'd try again." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
Aganorsa Leaf is rebranding their core lines Corojo, Maduro, Habano, and Connecticut in the new La Validación Series. The blends for the cigars remain unchanged but they have been repackaged with more prominent Aganorsa Leaf branding, and the box counts and sizes have been standardized. All four lines will now be comes in 15-count and be offered in the same three vitolas: Gran Robusto 5 x 54, Toro 6.25 x 52, and Gran Toro 6 x 58. In keeping with the original versions, all sizes will be box pressed with the exception of the Habano, which will continue to be rolled as round parejos.
Supreme Leaf is back, and this time in a fatter robusto size. This limited edition cigar is blended with 100% Aganorsa-grown tobacco and is one of the company's most sought-after cigars. The new size is a 5 x 54 box-pressed robusto and it is the same blend as the previous four sizes and comes in the same bright, vibrant packaging.
Aganorsa Leaf has announced a new addition to their Guardian of the Farm line: Aganorsa Leaf Guardian of the Farm Cerberus. Unlike previous versions, named after actual dogs on the farms in Nicaragua, this one comes from the mythical three headed dog that stood watch at the gates of Hades.
For the first time in five years, Aganorsa Leaf is adding a new size to the original JFR line: Mi Favorito. The new size measures 5 x 70 and, like the rest of the line, has a thick pigtail. Mi Favorito will be offered in both the Corojo and Maduro blends.
Aganorsa Leaf announced today that their Aniversario Maduro will return to the PCA trade show this year, but now as a regular production line and in new sizes. The blend remains the same 100% Aganorsa Leaf tobaccos wrapped in their proprietary Shade Grown Corojo Maduro leaf.
"This was an enjoyable cigar that took me on a flavor journey. I enjoyed the fact this cigar eased me into its final medium strength profile and kept me interested in its ever changing flavor profile. I would gladly smoke this again and would love to pair it with a dessert and coffee…I think that would hit the spot just fine!" -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)
Aganorsa Leaf is rebranding their Casa Fernandez Aniversario Corojo as the Aganorsa Leaf Aniversario Corojo. This is similar to what the company did with the Aniversario Maduro last year. The boxes and bands will be updated with the Aganorsa Leaf logo and the removal of the Casa Fernandez name. The Aganorsa Leaf Aniversario Corojo will come in four sizes: 5x54 Robusto, 6 ¼ x 52 Toro, 6x58 Gran Toro, and a 7 ½ x 40 Lancero, all are box-pressed.
Cigar Dojo and Aganorsa Leaf are bringing back the ReviveR for 2021. Many believe this is one of, if not the best collaborations Cigar Dojo has ever done. We even gave it a place on our Top 25 in 2018. Now, it 2021, it is back and more plentiful. Production has been increased from 300 to 500 boxes. The blend and size remain unchanged, but the bands and packaging have gotten a refresh.
