"Though this cigar was darker noted, there was enough sweetness to balance the profile pretty well. The transitions were smooth and sensible, and there was a decent amount of complexity. I could see myself picking up a handful of these to rotate in. Overall an enjoyable smoking experience." -Chris M. (Chris)
"I've got to say that this cigar worked for me. I admired it visually, and the profile combinations worked right into my wheelhouse. It was interesting for me, because I really did just find myself enjoying the session more than typical. If it wasn't for the fact that the cigar did burn quickly, I could have easily spent closer to three hours smoking it instead of the less than two hours it took. If you're a big fan of baking spices or cherry, I would highly suggest you check this one out. And if you end up not liking it, just send the rest my way to dispose of for you." -Doug S. Lampert Cigars will be showing off its latest line later this week at PCA 2022. The Lampert Family Reserve 2021 is a limited release blended by Hendrik Kelner Jr. and rolled at the Kelner Boutique Factory (KBF).
"Though this cigar started a little unbalanced, it definitely kept getting better as I got through it. With a moderate level of complexity, and smooth transitions, it held my interest pretty well. I’d smoke one again, and honestly think that a bit of rest might even out the first third a bit. I’ll be curious to see who produced this blend." -Chris M. (Chris)
