Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust and Cigar Dojo are collaborating on a new Japanese-Themed Sobremesa Cigar. This marks the first time the two companies have collaborated on a cigar. The cigar is the Sobremesa Brûlée “Wagashi” 和菓子, a slightly tweaked version of the original Sobremesa Brûlée blue, Japanese-inspired twist. The name comes from a dessert delicacy of Japan that rose to cultural import during the Edo Period (1603-1857).

"If it weren't for the fact that this cigar had me woozy, I'd rank it higher. I'd love to see this in a smaller vitola, perhaps a robusto or Corona Gorda. If you love these powerful cigars and have a couple of hours to kill, this cigar is definitely for you. Rich bold flavors with a ton of strength. Not sure I'd smoke this again, especially in this vitola. Anxious to see what this was. Happy holidays to all of our readers out there!!" -Kevin J. (maninblack77)
"This was a very enjoyable and well-balanced dark noted smoke. With fairly constant subtle shifts it kept my interest level pretty high. I would put this in my box-worthy category. The strength is very manageable, and I could easily see it working well any time of day. The only minus is that the burn time is fairly quick for the size." -Chris M. (Chris)

"This little cigar delivered high in the satisfaction department. Although small, it delivered very well on the flavor side, performed well, and did not take a long time to smoke. This could easily be added to my regular rotation when looking for a flavor-filled cigar that I can enjoy all of it when time is short, like during a lunch break at work or in the middle of a busy weekend day when I don't have 1 1/2 to 2 hours to sit and smoke a cigar. Can't wait to find out what this is!" -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)

"I really enjoyed what this cigar offered. The complexity was there and kept me engaged throughout the entire session. Delicious notes of hazelnut, cedar, and red pepper worked in harmony, along with some orange zest to keep things interesting. Then you add in the parts with milk chocolate at the beginning and coffee towards the end, you're left with a fulfilling experience that I wouldn't mind revisiting in the near future. I will be interested in smoking this again, once I find out what it is that I smoked. " -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
