The Latitude Zero brand has been around for a few years, but it has, until now, been only available at Cigars International. We actually reviewed the original line back in 2015 here. Now the brand will be getting national distribution by way of Meier and Dutch along with a new blend. The name and blend are made to honor Ecuador's tobacco growing regions.
The cigar uses tobaccos grown by the Oliva Tobacco Company, not to be confused with the Oliva Cigar Company (Serie V, Serie O etc.). The Latitude Zero Signature was blended Raul Disla manager of the NACSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where the cigars are also rolled. NACSA is also the factory that makes the Mi Querida line for Steve Saka and Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust.
Latitude Zero Signature is rich and refined with an intriguing spice. It complements the original Latitude Zero blend, offering a completely unique smoking experience. The blend uses and Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, Nicaraguan Habano binder, and Nicaraguan Habano, Dominican Habano and Connecticut Broadleaf fillers. Latitude Zero Signature will be available starting on June 24, 2022. National distribution will be handled by Meier & Dutch Wholesale Cigar Distributors. Latitude Zero Signature comes in three sizes: Robusto 5” x 54 MSRP $8.00, Toro 6” x 52 MSRP $8.25, Gordo 6” x 60 MSRP $8.75. All come in boxes of 20.
