"I was leery about the first third, hoping it may have some complexity of this blend, however i was delightfully surprised bu the last two thirds. A menagerie of roasted and tasty charred flavors intermingling with sweet caramel and chocolate flavors made this end up being two thumbs up for me! "I feel the only downside to this cigar was the draw but because of how much flavor I got off cigar, it ended up not bothering me that much. I felt the second third was the best part of this cigar. Although it smoked fast, the flavor of slight pepper, salted pretzels and caramel was enjoyable. For a mild to medium cigar I though this was very flavorful. "This cigar was the tale of two cigars. If you are a smoker that only keeps the smoke on your palate, you would classify this cigar as one dimensional. Blowing some of the smoke out of your nose bring a delightful pine needle effervescent that makes this a well rounded cigar. "This cigar is a grower not a shower. Don’t let the sub optimal appearance deceive you, there’s interesting flavors here that develop over the course of 75 minutes. Even the cracking of the wrapper in the final third didn’t take away from smoking experience. All I ask is that a cigar doesn’t bore me and this stogie isn’t boring by a long shot. While I was smoking this I had a glass of bourbon which paired nicely. The sweetness from my bourbon and the bitter roasted flavors from the cigar was excellent.
