"This cigar was one of the best cigars I've tried in recent memory. I loved the vitola and the flavors I got, from espresso to dark chocolate to leather and some black pepper thrown in for good measure. Each one hit my palate in the sweet spot. "It's a shame the construction really took away from what could have been a quality session. The flavor profile was never really a problem, as this was a pleasant smoke flavor-wise. Being on the lighter side, this would work well for an early morning cigar. Unfortunately, when you have to focus on the construction issues as much as I did, it ruins any chance of enjoyment. "I would have rated the cigar higher if not for the last third. I feel like it ran out of steam. The flavor profile of the first two thirds was great with the dark rich notes but soon turned to just another run of the mill smoke. "Very spicy cigar from beginning to end. The only exception was on the cold draw, which has sweet tea notes. The spicy notes include notes of cinnamon, jalapeno, and black pepper, and licorice. Veiny construction and hard spots that don't hinder the pleasure. Good draw and burn. Very strong grey-white ash that hangs on for half of the cigar.
