The dates for each of the 2018 Barn Smoker events from Drew Estate have been announced. The Barn Smokers are meant to highlight the American tobacco experience and bring the cigar smoker to the barn to teach them about the ins and outs of tobacco growing, processing, and manufacture. Drew Estate is adding Pennsylvania to the Barn Smoker lineup in 2018,
specifically in Strasburg, PA on June 23rd. This event will be highlighted by the introduction of a new test blend that will feature a Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper.
The Barn Smoker Program is meant as a sister program to the Cigar Safari events hosted regularly at the Drew Estate factory in Esteli. Barn Smoker was developed by Jonathan Drew to bring people to American tobacco farms in order to celebrate the leaf and to raise awareness of Cigars for Warriors, a 501(c)(3) charity that supports American heroes. “The Barn Smoker program is close to my heart, celebrating the time-honored tradition of American Tobacco Agriculture and the hardworking farmers who make it happen.
