]J.C. Newman Cigar Co has begun shipping its updated Diamond Crown Black Diamond cigars to premium cigar retailers across the United States. Diamond Crown Black Diamond Cigars first hit the market in in 2016. They are rolled at Tabacalera A. Fuente in the Dominican Republic. The blend uses a Connecticut Havana wrapper with well-aged Dominican binder and filler tobaccos.
My grandfather, Stanford J. Newman, told me that his father, J.C. Newman taught him that we should aim to do something better every day. Although our Diamond Crown Black Diamond cigars have been savored by cigar enthusiasts around the world for six years, I was not satisfied and wanted to make them better.

Earlier this year, J.C. Newman announced the updated to the Diamond Crown Black Diamond. The sizes, price, and box quantity remain the same, but the blend has been strengthened and refined, and features new packaging printed in Europe. Diamond Crown Black Diamond comes in three sizse: Emerald, 6” x 52, boxes of 20 MSRP $21.00, Marquis, 5 ¼” x 56, boxes of 20 MSRP $20.00,
and Radiant, 4 ½” x 54, boxes of 20 MSRP $18.00.
