Patina Celebrates 5th Anniversary with New Cigar – Cigar News

Patina has announced a new cigar to celebrate their 5th Anniversary. The Patina Anniversary is actually being released in the company’s 6th year, the release got pushed back because of COVID. This is also the company’s first limited edition cigar.

Patina Cigars took pre-orders for the new cigar at TPE and they are scheduled to ship to retailers in March or April. The Patina Anniversary comes in one vitola, a 6 x 52 Toro. The blend uses a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, Mexican San Andres binder, and fillers from the U.S. and Nicaragua. These will be sold in sequentially numbered 10 count boxes of which 500 were made. Each cigar has an MSRP of $20. They are rolled at Nicaragua American Cigars SA (NACSA)

Our strategy from the beginning has been to build Patina’s core line offerings. However, sometimes you have to stop and celebrate certain milestones and I felt five years was a good time to release our first LE. This is our first go with a CT broadleaf wrapped cigar and I couldn’t be more excited to share our creation. Thank you to all of the consumers, retailers, Raul Disla, Gus Cura, Ninoska Olivas, and the entire NACSA team for making it possible.
