"This is a cigar I would definitely enjoy first thing in the morning with some light roasted coffee. There were enough changes to keep me interested and to keep me guessing about what would come next. One of the better mild cigars I've had this year. "This was a winner from beginning to end. An abundance of flavors ranging from chocolate and cocoa to nutmeg and leather. Strength was medium throughout but not mild. "The combination of salted nuts, butter, white pepper, and peanuts really sets this cigar apart from other mild cigars. Mild in strength but full of flavor. "This little cigar delivered high in the satisfaction department. Although small, it delivered very well on the flavor side, performed well, and did not take a long time to smoke. This could easily be added to my regular rotation when looking for a flavor-filled cigar that I can enjoy all of it when time is short, like during a lunch break at work or in the middle of a busy weekend day when I don't have 1 1/2 to 2 hours to sit and smoke a cigar. The size was a bit intimidating to me since I prefer smaller ring gauge and in more of a corona or Corona Gorda size, but this cigar was dare I say.......epic in its performance? "For a Connecticut shade cigar, this was fairly enjoyable. There weren't any flavor transitions to speak of but the salted nuts and butter worked well together. Very mild in strength but it would make a good morning cigar or a cigar to start your day with. Coffee might overpower the flavors in this but I can see it being enjoyed with a milder coffee or chai tea. It didn't wow me but my palate tends to enjoy the darker stronger cigars." -Kevin J. "This cigar surprised me since there weren't any real aromas coming off of it before setting it ablaze. The cigar gave me plenty of cream, nuts, coffee, and chocolate. The big surprise/winner here was the crackerjack flavors I got on the finish.....it's subtle but it's there. The second half of this cigar opened up with a bit more earth and dirt flavors, but it never got harsh or hindered the cigar in any way. I am very curious to see what this is. I would definitely pick up a fiver and retry it again before committing to a full box purchase. Give it a go, and see if you get the crackerjack too." -Mickey T. (irratebass)
