HVC Cigars has announced two new sizes to their HVC 10 Anniversary cigar that was introcued two years ago. Originally, the cigar was launched in just one size, a 6 1/2 x 50 toro. This new size comes in a more stout 5 x 54 robusto simply called the HVC 10th Anniversary 54.

Diesel Disciple is getting two new sizes as regular production additions. The Toro and Torpedo vitolas be the second and third sizes in the line and started shipping last week. The line was originally released as a TAA exclusive in 2021 in a lancero vitola, the moved to a regular release in 2022.
United Cigars is adding another cigar to their holiday Firecracker collaborations lineup, this time with Rojas Cigars with the for Cinco De Mayo 2023 and the Rojas Elote Firecracker. Elote (E-Lo-Tay) is a famous Mexican dish more commonly known in the United States as Street Corn. A small flavorful snack comprised of grilled corn smothered in sauce, sprinkled cheese, and cilantro.
This month, La Aurora USA LLC (LUSA) has officially launched their in-house distribution, based in Miami, FL, with an expanded executive and sales team. LUSA will have a full U.S. distribution team with sales staff calling on accounts, supporting the full portfolio of products and growing the La Aurora brand. Retailers who previously carried La Aurora products under former distributor, Miami Cigar Company, will now be serviced directly by La Aurora USA.
General Cigar has announced a new regular production line to the Punch brand. Punch Golden Era was designed to celebrate corojo tobacco that had a starring role in the “golden age” of cigars. Corojo had been used as the wrapper of choice on many cigars until tobacco diseases and mold brought the tobacco to the brink of extinction.
Espinosa Premium Cigars has announced two new additions to its 601 line, Orange and Yellow. Orange is a Brazilian Cubra Rosado wrapper over Nicaraguan filler and binder. It comes in one size, a 6 x 52 Toro described as medium to medium plus in both flavor and strength. The 601 Yellow is a Mexican San Andres wrapper over Nicaraguan filler and binder. The 601 Yellow comes in the same size, and is described as medium plus to full in both flavor and strength.
Fable Cigars has been around for about 8 years, getting their start with the help of RoMa Craft and the popularity of their first cigar, Fourth Prime. This year, Fable is adding a limited production cigar to their lineup, Two Things. This cigar is a collaboration with Cavalier (Sebastian Decoppet) and their factory, Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco in Honduras. There are actually two cigars in the works, this one, Two Things, and Scions, another limited release. More details on that to come.
C.L.E. Cigar Company has announced the release of the Asylum April Fools’ 2023. The Asylum April Fools’ 2023 is the third release in the series that are released annually on April Fools’ Day April 1st, 2023). The packaging has been updated with a nod to the Chinese Zodiac separates this from the previous two releases.
After first showing off the cigars at the PCA trade show last year, J.C. Newman Cigar Co., is finally ready to launch Angel Cuesta Cigars. J.C. Newman showed off the final Angel Cuesta cigars at the Tobacconist Association of America meeting this week. These cigars were first sold a century ago and is named after Angel LaMadrid Cuesta, one of the founders of the storied Cuesta-Rey cigar brand. These cigars were the official cigar of King Alfonso XIII, who ruled Spain from 1886 to 1931.
