I must admit, when I approached the home rollers on the BOTL web forum about a friendly contest, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I learned that coordinating a series of this type is a big logistical challenge for which I was unprepared. In the end, it was a good experience for me. I hope it was also a good experience for those who participated, and especially our readers.

·"This was a fairly straight forward smoke without many flavor frills. I found it a bit boring at times as most the flavors were basic and not very complex. It was definitely a reliable smoke with great construction, burn, and a slightly tighter draw than normal. Nothing inherently wrong, just a bit one note for me. " -John A. (Bostoneo)

·"I really enjoyed this cigar. There was quite a bit of flavors going on with milk chocolate, wood, coffee, cream, spice and some marshmallow at the very end. The cigar stayed medium until the very final third where the spice kicked it up a notch. " -Mickey T. (irratebass)

·"I was honestly surprised by this cigar. When I saw the three different wrappers I was immediately a little suspicious that it was going to be what I call a “hokey” cigar. Gimmick without much to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistent good flavor notes and the ability of the cigar to transition fairly seamlessly into the next type of wrapper. It didn’t go from nothing to a beat down and that impressed me more than anything. It kept building in intensity but in a very mild yet noticeable way. This is a great cigar for a herf where everyone can share what they are getting from this unusual cigar configuration. I’d smoke it again!" -Diana (ArmyRN)

·"Excellent smoke! One of the best mild-medium smoked I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The rich buttery and vanilla notes that were the backbone of this cigar were thoroughly enjoyable. Only smoke this cigar when you have the time to sit back, relax, and savor a truly high quality cigar. " -John A. (Bostoneo)

·"This was a decent stick with plenty of flavor transitions from third to third. The thick luxurious flavors proved ample enjoyment and relaxation. The only downside I had was with the burn as a result of an uneven construction during the first half of the cigar. Something I’d like to try again before I decide if it’s a must try...." -John A. ·"Really nice cigar on the milder side. A bit of complexity, red pepper spice and sweet cream makes it really enjoyable. " -David F. (dfafjf)
