Avo Improvisation 2020
AVO Improvisation 2020 marks the eighth release in this annual series. “Avo Uvezian believed that life is to be enjoyed fully and that one needs to go beyond the ordinary by taking risks and seizing opportunities whenever possible. We honour the legacy and philosophy of Avo Uvezian with this one of a kind masterpiece, the Improvisation 2020 cigar,” the company details in a press release. The blend uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and Dominican binder and fillers.

Avo Classic Maduro
This cigar honours the first blend created by Avo Uvezian. This is now a regular production cigar after being released in limited quantities in 2018. The change from a natural to a maduro wrapper is said to create a more intense smoking experience. Just as with the original, the blend contains a filler leaf aged for 25 years.

Last year, AVO released their first regional editions, East and West. Now in the second version of this series comes the North and South regions. The Avo Regional North uses a combination of San Vicente and Piloto fillers from multiple regions, along with a wrapper leaf grown in the Dominican Republic specifically for the purpose of highlighting the special Perfecto format. The Avo Regional South Edition offers comes in a torpedo format that the company says delivers both balance and complexity.
2020 makes the 18th version of the Camacho Liberty Series aimed a celebrating the history of the United States. This years version comes in a box-press gordo vitola. The blend uses four different primings of tobacco, all of which come from a single farm and single vintage. The tobacco was aged four years.
