Lampert Cigars has announced a pre-release of their upcoming 1593 Edición Blanca through Small Batch Cigar. An exact sale date was not given, but we do know that the full production version will not be sold until next year.
We have had a wonderful relationship with the Maxamar/Small Batch team and wanted to treat their customers to a sneak peek of sorts. We have finalized the blend after last year’s PCA and the cigars have been put into production shortly after, so they have had plenty of time to rest before release.
Dr. Stefan Lampert, founder of LAMPERT CIGARS
We like finding new brands and exposing them to our loyal customers, over the years we enjoyed working closely with Vlada and now Stefan, we look forward to the pre-release of the Blanca line.
Andrew Considine of Maxamar/Small Batch Cigar
While the LAMPERT 1675 Azul and Rojo lines are made in Nicaragua, the LAMPERT 1593 is made in the Dominican Republic by Edgar Julián Sued. The blend for Edicion Blanca uses a two-year-old Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, a three-year Dominican binder, and two fillers, one three years old, the other five years old.
For now, in the U.S., the cigars come in one size, a 6 x 52 toro and in boxes of ten. Each cigar has an MSRP of $15. In Europe (Switzerland and Sweden) the Edición Blanca will be available in Short Robusto that measures 3 ¾ x 52 in boxes/bundles of ten.
