Daniel Marshall has announced a new Limited Edition FSG Tobacco Stake Humidor in Collaboration with Corona Cigar Co. Only 10 of these one-of-a-kind humidors will be sold. Each is hand-crafted using wood from antique tobacco stakes that have been in use for nearly half a century. The stakes were used to hang cigar tobacco in curing barns in Connecticut and more recently at Jeff Borysiewicz's Florida Sun Grown (FSG) tobacco farm in Clermont, Florida. These stakes were used to hang leaves of some of the world's best tobaccos, transforming freshly harvested green tobacco leaf into fragrant, golden brown cigar tobacco wrapper leaf.

Basel / Tampa - May 2017. To celebrate the successful business relationship between Oettinger Davidoff AG and Jeff Borysiewicz, owner of Corona Cigar Company, Davidoff’s Master Blenders have created a uniquely tailored blend with Mr. Borysiewicz’s own Florida Sun Grown Tobacco as filler tobacco. This limited edition marks the second collaboration using Jeff Borysiewicz’s Florida Sun Grown tobacco. This cigar represents a complete taste experience, carefully conceptualized and blended with Davidoff Master Blender Eladio Diaz to celebrate the great success of the Davidoff of Geneva since 1911 Tampa Cigar Bar.
"The aroma of berries and chocolate were very inviting and promising. However, upon lighting, the chocolate turned to a coffee flavor with hints of berries. It was a pleasant cigar int he beginning. As I approach the second third, the berries slowly diminished and the coffee flavor took over. The one plus was the pepper flavors that left a nice tingle on the lips. As time went on, the coffee turned bitter like the bottom of a pot that had been sitting on the burner far too long. Eventually I was left with a bitter taste with only the peppery tingle keeping me going. Not sure if I would want this one again." -Eric (smalls29)
"Well I had my doubts in the beginning this stick ended up being a very delicious smoke. The first third was good but then the second and then the third part of the cigar got better and better the longer it smokes, eventually not bring it down to nearly nothing. Definitely box worthy, go out and buy it now!" -John A. (John A.)
