"I was very excited to smoke this prelight since it looked great with the torpedo cap and perfect construction. The flavors fell a bit flat for me, though. It just doesn't oomph to match the uptick in nicotine around the halfway point and I'm more of a flavor over strength person. It isn't bad but it just doesn't do anything for me personally. " -Alan (Eulogy)
"This is an overall very mild cigar featuring an initially spicy retrohale that downshifts quickly (too quickly) into a strictly mineral profile and the draw never delivers any flavors other than cedar and a very mild leather. I disliked the battle with the tight draw but once I, heroically some might say, conquered that obstacle the cigar performed ""just fine"" and delivered ""just fine"" faint flavors from start to finish. Would I smoke it again? Probably not on purpose but perhaps I just got a dud and, if I come across it again at a low price point, I'd almost certainly give it a second chance. Don’t we all deserve a second chance to make a first impression? I know I do and, I’ll admit it, fairly often…" -Matt Cade (CadeTNCC)
"This was a strong cigar from the very first puff and they had me a bit concerned. Thankfully, the strength gradually lessened and allowed me to enjoy the power and not overwhelm my palate. At the finish, this cigar was firmly in my wheelhouse and had me ready to light another. For an experienced smoker, I’d recommend this…for a rookie, I’d be cautious. Personally, I loved it!" -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)
"If the cigar smoked as well as the last third did I would have loved this cigar, but the first two-thirds were kind of flat for me. I would have expected a longer smoke time cause of the size but I feel like this is a mix-filled cigar so it burned a little quicker than I would have liked. I would recommend this cigar to a newer cigar smoker cause it shows some small transitions and won't overwhelm them. " -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)
"While the cigar’s appearance didn’t impress me at all initially, this was a clear cut case of never judging a book by its cover. The cigar provided a wide array of flavors and transitions and the end result was a highly enjoyable cigar from start to finish. I would definitely smoke it again." -Matt Cade (CadeTNCC)
"Another great cigar that made me want another. Excellent notes of cedar, cherry, tea, peanut, and black pepper. A nice strong ash, even burn, and perfect draw made this a cigar I'd seek out. Great quick morning or late afternoon cigar." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
"I liked this cigar and wanted to like it a whole lot more except for the burn issues and the falling off of flavors in the last third. I liked the look of it and the notes of leather, coffee, and salt are definitely flavor notes that I thoroughly enjoy. I’d definitely revisit this cigar again and might enjoy it with a mild Bloody Mary as I think it would enhance the flavors." -Diana (ArmyRN)

"Really enjoyed this cigar. Fairly potent with a lot of sweetness. By the finale there were some rich coffee notes to go along with the world tour of sweets. I don't typically select belicosos as I find there is a tendency for the wrapper to unravel at inopportune moments, but this well crafted cigar never even hinted at such concerns. " -John I. (John I.)
"I enjoyed the flavors, the aroma was pleasant, it put off a ton of smoke. The size is good for a relaxing morning cup of coffee, and the flavors themselves pair well with coffee. I would have given it a higher rating, but due to the hole in the wrapper, it caused the draw to be weird, hardly getting any smoke, while smoke poured off the end like a tire fire." -Joseph S. (Bearded Bastard)
