·"This is a fairly short-lived cigar, easy smoking in under an hour, and probably just over a half hour smoke for most people. Each third had a distinct change of flavors that could easily be detected without looking. I found myself enjoying this one, a lot. But, it could use some glue. The tendency for the wrapper to unravel kept me distracted and, ultimately forced me to score the cigar lower than I would have liked based on flavor alone. "This cigar was very good at the beginning and very good at the end. Those two experiences were somewhat polar opposite of each other but tasty in their own ways. The middle of the cigar fell flat for me but again, not so unpleasant that I would never smoke it again. I’d love this cigar in a corona or Corona Gorda size. "Overall, it was an okay smoke, no frills for me at least. If you like earthy notes with some pepper and char, this will be right up your alley. Little gave in way of sweetness save the grassy notes in the beginning that quickly faded halfway through. "This is one of those cigars that might create problems with some smokers. The flowery ash and uneven burn might cause some to relight it too many times. This would change the flavor profile for most. If they can get past all of this they might enjoy the smoking experience. "I feel like this is a great stick if it wasn't for the construction problems. The opening light cedar and floral notes seemed to be leading into some nice buttery leather and nuttiness. Sadly, I only got hints of what could have been. The fact I kept having to put fire to this cigar lead to some strong pepper and smokiness and a super dried-out palate.
