"I don’t generally reach for a maduro, however the cigar was fantastic. Superior construction and performance throughout led to a very enjoyable smoke. Flavors did not transition very much, however they were always pleasant and mouthwatering. If you are not a fan of maduros, you should pick a few of these up and decide for yourself." -Adam B. "Even though this one finished with a bitter taste, overall I still find this a good cigar. The beginning was promising with notes of hickory and sweet cherry, the cherry faded in to the back ground over time moving to a bold and bitter taste. ·"This one ran the spectrum of boldness. It started out with a medium bold taste that grew very bold and biter and then became mild in the final third. I was happy with the consistent flavors of wood and nut throughout which helped maintain some of the enjoyment of this smoke. The second third saw some bitterness come in but it wasn't so bitter that I wanted to out it down. I was surprised by how it mellowed towards the end.
